Lure review (Jackall Giron Swimbait)

Just got myself a Jackall Giron swimbait from momok yesterday, will be trying it out on my next trip for tomans or maybepeacock bass . Giron has a jointed body with lively swimming action. Slow sinking you can work it with slow or moderate retrieving , you could also add some light twitch on your retrieving to make it more lively.

Con: it is not a good casting lure, if you work it too fast the lure will flip out of the water.

But....... flipping out of the water on the surface and dive down is another trick to attract the fishes

Jackall Giron Swimbait
Slow Sinking 21g
4 inches

On  08 feb 2009 afternoon a group of friends wanted to kill some itch of fishing , so the whole group went to a spot which was so hot at the moment thanks to some bloody brainless shit posted some unedit pics in fk and tell poeple how to get there. We knew about this after we was caught by the PUB lol, a friend try to inform us but it was too late cos he call us after we was caught. I have been quite awhile did not surf forum liao so i got no ideal at all about it lol.

There is nothing wrong in sharing but there are things better not to be shared.

Oh well nothing can be done now , lets move on but i hope the thread started which posted it could learn his lesson.

Joyful trip

Last saturday afternoon the happy 3 friends together we went for some saltwater action, the weather was great on that day haha so are the fishing. The first hour of fishing i lost my fav colour Ima soat 80S (#SB019) to some structure, desmond and me try very hard to get it back but hai.... nothing we can do.

Worse case was we had mud all over our feet and shoes.

While me and desmond went to the breakers to wash up abit ibr shouted for help so i went over to have a look , oh haha no wonder la he has a fish on the order end of his line. I grap my lip grip and went down to help him land the beauty.

It was a table size barra, on ima sobat 80S.

Bro now you can't say sobat no good liao hor......

It landed you your first wild barra on lure haha and its on an sobat my fav colour somemore kekeke.

Rod:
Smith battle X Tiger BTK-65M 8-20lb (custom spinning)
Reel: Daiwa certate Custom R 2500
Line: Fireline crystal 10lb

After the lost of my fav lure i decided not to use anymore hard lure kekeke and concentrate more on rubbers, it did not take to long to see the results. I had a very strong pull right in front of me ,first i tot it was a good sized barra hahaha but when the fish surface .... you know what? lol it was a ah seng WTF.....

The strongest ah seng i ever kena lol

Rod: G-loomis GL2 6-12lb 6''
Reel: Daiwa caldia kix 2500
Line: ygk power hunter Pe 2
Leader: Triumph fluorocarbon Shock Leader 30lb
Lure: 4 inch

After releasing the ah seng, ibr lost a good sized fish on ima sasuke 120, fish took the lure and dash under a structure. Lure got caught onto something and lost the fish. We try to retrieve the lure back but the leader broke off, kekeke there goes the lure. After that i got an small Tiger grouper on the 3inch keitech live impact (bluegill) kekeke
